I've just received official confirmation from Universal UK that London's 'Wanted' Premiere has been cancelled. It was originally due to take place in Leicester Square on June 12th. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news!
On a personal note, I am in the process of moving from the UK to France. I am flying tomorrow but hopefully it should not take later than early next week for me to be hooked back online!

Speaking from the set of "The Last Station", James McAvoy urged ministers to step in to secure the future of the drama school where he trained.

James described how the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama (RSAMD) schooled him in his trade - including how to play characters other than an "angry working-class boy". He added: "It has changed my life."

A host of celebrities -- including Jude Law, Leona Lewis and PM Gordon Brown -- turned out to honour the best of Britain at a glittering awards ceremony on May 18th in London.
James McAvoy jetted in from Berlin to accept his Film Award. He has now returned to Germany to continue shooting "The Last Station".

James McAvoy and David Tennant were on the pitch last Saturday for a celebrity football match alongside actor Martin Compston and former footballers Joe Millar, Darren Jackson, Tom Boyd and Gordon Smith.
The English side included Alan Shearer, Rob Lee, Ant and Dec, Sid Owen and TV presenter Jonathan Wilkes. It was the first Scottish team to play in the new Wembley stadium. All the proceeds went to the Bobby Moore Charity Fund.

James McAvoy has been nominated in the first ever 'Jane Austen's Regency World Awards. He is in the 'Best Actor' category for his role as Tom Lefroy in last year's 'Becoming Jane'.
