We now have 4 exclusive pictures from Kampala (Uganda) thanks to Dave Mann. James was filming the follow-up to ‘On the Tigers’ Trail’ at Retrak's rehabilitation project for street kids in February 2007.

James McAvoy visited a street children's project in Kampala in February to make a follow-up film to the documentary 'On the Tigers' Trail' which explains the work of RETRAK's project in Uganda.
You'll be able to view the film 'James McAvoy's Journey' from March 5th. A short appeal by James is already viewable at Community Channel.

James McAvoy, the romantic lead in "Becoming Jane", has pulled out of its red carpet premiere in Dublin at the last minute. He was set to travel to the capital for a special screening early next month.
Last night, production company Buena Vista confirmed that the 'Shameless' actor would not be able to make the glitzy event on March 7 due to "film commitments".
The organisers still hope to nab him for the world premiere in London.

James McAvoy was one of the first actors to arrive at the Oscars. On the red carpet, he said that he was "very proud to be here''.
He also admitted afterwards he couldn't even bring himself to indulge in a pre-show tipple. "I was a bit too nervous - I would be worried about it coming straight out," said the 28-year-old Scot of his first Academy Awards experience.

The full list of Oscar Presenters has just been revealed by telecast producer Laura Ziskin and James McAvoy is among them!
He's already in the US and has arrived yesterday for the Fox Searchlight Official Oscar/Spirit Awards Party in Beverly Hills.
Academy Awards for outstanding film achievements of 2006 will be presented on Sunday, February 25, 2007, at the Kodak Theatre at Hollywood & Highland Center.
